1. Login to MySPC with your SPC Username and Password. 2. Click on the TexanConnect tab on top. 3. Acknowledge the Message Notification at the bottom of the notification box. 4. Mouse over "Registration Options" and select "Transcript Request." (If your browser prevents the site from opening the pop-up window, please allow pop-ups in order to open the Credentials Solutions website service.) |

that information contained in the order form cannot be retrieved later, please make
